The current parts have 4 or 10 leads.. My copy is at home but I will have a look at p.374 when I get home tonight.

The resistors were just there to signify the load of each channel's stage. How are ground connections handled between stages and channels? Are they tied together anywhere else besides the low side electrode of the cap?

12B4 is right, except that the leads all tie to the same spot on the foil. The power supply grounds do indeed tie together at the "magic" Kelvin spot, with each of the ground leads going to the appropriate signal ground spot.

Understand what you mean . I was reference to drawing on 374 showing the inductance and resistance of the leads.
