I want to make a linestage with 6N16B, I have found this schematic, could help me to see if have any issue or a way to upgrade it. More information in this link http://freestompboxes.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9923, but I can see clearly the B+ & filament heater requirements.

I use Salas HV shunt regulator, suggestions to improve the schematic giving information B+ heaters voltage etc will welcome.

try like this

Rout in range of 4K4
presumed load around 100K
use Ub in range of 120-130V

expect around 95V at anode

pre-set CCS to 5mA (I'm lazy to read datasheet toi determine exact resistor )

float heater supply and lift it to 30-40V

best to heat with LM317 based CCS , preset to 400mA , when tube is hot , set exactly to 6V3

- output impedance; low (cathode follower output) or higher (anode output)
- inverting or non-inverting construction
- low distortion or "tube sound" design

Here is one with high performance, i.e. low distortion, flat frequency response and low output impedance. Technical specification is in the schematic.
