I am currently looking into used market tube preamp to replace temporary placed my ASL OTL 32 DT headphone amp in my system (working as preamp now).

My limit is around 500CAD and currently they are only two pre-amps that meet this criteria.

Kora Equinoxe Triode and Blue Circle BC-21.1...

While I didn't hear any of them I do like if I can get some enlightenment here...
also please some suggestions too.

The tube pre-amp will be paired with Rotel RB-1050 or Moscode 600 amp (prefer Rotel).
