Old RCA radio; can anyone ID this?

I've done hours of searching on the net for info about this radio; I think it's from the 20's or 30's. There's a decal on the side that says Radio Corperation of America but the model number has flaked away.

The label on the back has a serial number but no model number. I'd like to find out what model or type of radio this came from if possible...

It came with a Magnavox field-coil speaker model 144 which look like it's in good shape.

Anyone in the know about old tube radios like this?

TT
