He's building an output stage for his DA-converter, impedance is not a big issue, noise maybe. Go for the shunt reg, best choise to preserve musical details. Loose the second filter section as the reg eats 100mV ripple easily when sinusoide.

Thanks all for the input.
I just measured my actual ripple on b+... It's about 12mVpp. Not bad, but not as good as the sim.... Still need the reg.
