I'm in the testing phase of my RH-84 amp.
Here are the voltages I get. I would like to know what other builders
6BQ5 plate +294.8dc +294.3dc
screen +296.2dc +294.4dc
cat +9.3dc +10.2dc
12AT7 plate +171.6dc +171.3dc
cat +1.2dc +1.2dc
I forgot about current draw. I put an amp meter just to the left of where the
choke would be (i used a 250 ohm resistor) and get 98/99 ma.
PCB for RH84?
I'm curious about the pcb in the photo. Did you make it yourself or are pcb's for the RH84 available?
I'd like to know because I have been gathering parts and will soon start to assemble my own RH84.
Doug (Brisbane, Australia)
The PCB is my own creation.
This power amp is my 2nd PCB project. I built an RIAA pre-amp to listen to my
vinyl records and needed a power amp also.
