Default Identifying this RCA Transformer

Please help identify this RCA transformer. The DC resistance measured at the Primary using a DVM is about 9.5 Ohm.

What type of transformer this is?

It looks like an attenuating transformer used for hf drivers. I have seen similar transformers in very old theater clusters.
