Help with Music Angel XD800MKIII mods!?
Howdy!
I need some advice on approaching debugging some problems with my mods. On my MA XD800, I disabled the triode/pentode switch (as per the instructions here Help! Upgrade a Music Angel KT88. I then upgraded the 8 capacitors on the board that the 12AT7 and 5963 tubes are plugged into. However, I now only have sound coming from one side (tubes 3,4)!? I re-checked everything and nothing *appears* amiss (although clearly I've missed something)!? I'd appreciate some debugging tips on how to isolate the problem? Thanks to all in advance! |
