Do you guys know whether the Tango XE-20-600S can be used for a preamp ?

Tango XE-20-600S
Primary: 600 ohm
Secondary: 4, 6, 8, 16 ohm

The impedance ratio at 16 ohm is 37.5 : 1.

I am thinking that if I use it in a preamp, the 600 ohm load on the secondary will make the primary 22.5k ohm.
