Webcor 12AU7 is it a Mullard?

I got a Webcor 12AU7 off of ebay and I read that these are rebranded Mullards. It has made in Great Britain on it with the Webcor logo. On the bottom in the glass looks to be a Q

I can tell you that it sounds relly clean and clear. Similar to a telefunken but not as warm. It's a very detailed tube.

Do you think this is a Mullard?

Does the top of the envelop,where the little nipple is have an "X"?
IIRC not all Mullards had that X,but if it does,it's almost certainly a Mullard.

A Mullard will start with a B = Blackburn

Mullard had other factories, and some valves were made to the same design in Philips factories. A photo would help.
