You can increase anode voltage up to 240 Vcc without any problem, just adapt electrolitics capacitors voltage. :)

hello ;) ,

i me tested to build , and me problem for use transformator adapted to impédance audio !

me old build , so risk no assymétric audio and build CR for good appréciate music ?

If you increase PL504 anode voltage above 90V, you should use real audio output transformers (600-800 ohm) instead of using the line transformers as I suggested for the 24 Vcc prototype.
Audio transformers improve bandwith and also limit the risk of core saturation due to c.c.
