you are no tested to big voltage ?

You can increase anode voltage up to 160 Vcc without any problem, just adapt electrolitics capacitors voltage.

If you increase PL504 anode voltage above 90V, you should use real audio output transformers (600-800 ohm) instead of using the line transformers as I suggested for the 24 Vcc prototype.
Audio transformers improve bandwith and also limit the risk of core saturation due to c.c.
