Its very nice..
But where is the under shot of the chassis and internals?
Whats the heat transfer between the GU50 and the chassis like? (How hot does it get after an hour?)
What kind of OP Tx have you used and where are they?
Just being nosey..LOL

OT are from INDEL (made in Poland) - for EL84, very very cheap. All the material cost around 160€ (210$) - I use Silver mica cap 0,1uF for interstage, Jantzen Audio terminals, custom made power transformer, russian Wire wounded cathode resistors for GU50 and 21 step pot (50K log)

Very inventive...
What cable have you used for the volume control? Looks like PTFE sleeve..
I like silver mica caps...Interesting use of the chokes..
Whats the sound like?
Its interesting how you have managed to fit all the components into the round chassis...seems like there should be more components crammed in..LOL

schematics please!
Shematics is very simple: only 5 elements on signal path!

The cable is 0.25mm silver in PTFE. The amp sound very good. Better than any EL34 amp I have heard.

Thanks....you give me idea for my future projects...my gu50's just arrived..
Nice build....
Now I want to do a GU50 even more, I liked the idea of 20w from an SE amp.
Not to mention getting the cast aluminum rugged sockets powder-coated in Chrome or Mopar Orange LOL.
Don't you see they look like trash bins, no matter how painted?
This is my little amp with GU50 and 6C3P as driver. Power 5W without any distortion. B+ around 390V, Catode bias with 720Ohm, OT 5200 ohm.
Hi Matej. You never said anything about the *sound* of your amp... How does it compare to some other topologies/tubes?
