Expanded, all of the top is pretty clearly visible on my laptop.
It strikes me that this might be a 500/600 ohm line to line transformer with tapped dual primaries and secondaries. Wild guess on my part, but it does have a shield pin which is common in this application. The company is vaguely familiar, and I think I have seen one or more of these before.
