Anyone have any "small signal" pentode models?
Other than the EF86 there seems to be a distinct lack of any spice models for pentodes other than output types. A few exist as triode connected models but that seems to be about it....
Any ideas?

Can make your own pentode and beam tetrode models using paint.kip from here:
Model Paint Tools: Trace Tube Parameters over Plate Curves, Interactively Paint.kit works equally well for triodes. Screen capture the curves and save as a gif or jpg file. Runs from command line and requires java. Once running it is not too hard to get the hang of curve matching. (practice makes perfect) Please share trusted models here: GM70 and Other LTSpice Tube Models

Valvole e Matematica These Triode and several Pentode parameter model generators are Excel based and seem to work. - Read the texts. Regards John |
