Default Dynaco ST70 II Right Channel Out

My right channel is out on my ST70 II. All tubes are illuminated, bias LED's working, and all transformer connections seem soldered in place. Left channel working fine. If I pull right channel tubes and put in left channel the left channel works fine, so it cannot be a tube.

Any ST70 II troubleshooters out there?
