Default PSU for Aikido (4x 12SN7)

Hello,
I´ve just purchased a pcb for an octal Aikido and want to use four 12SN7. Unfortunately no power supply is provided.
Can anyone recommend a regulated psu for this build. Heating shall be done with DC. B+ at 300 V.

Which cap values are you using in the audio circuit?

Many thanks and best,

Renton

Yes I think it would be better. I designed my psu to be a bog standard psu version just so that people would have something to start off with.

Doesn´t it get too close to the max. ratings? 2.5 A heater current @ max., 2.4 A heater current for the 12SN7.

The PS designed by Bas uses tube rectifier and pcb cost is only $9.50.

The 12SN7 has a 300mA heater. So the 2.5A max heater regulator supply is fine.

Yes, but if i´d go the 12,6 V route, the maximum Amperes of the PS1 will only be 1,25 A. So says its pdf.

Ok. Either way it is inside the rating. Therefore the PS seems suitable to me.
