They are.....must have been all that close-up soldering and reading the fine print on the datasheets..

This title has not yet been released.
You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives.

The release date has been moving outward. I heard about the book about 2 years ago. It showed up on Amazon during the summer with a November release date. In October the release date moved to December. Now it is January 4.

Elsevier Direct says:

Available: NOT YET PUBLISHED
Expected Release Date: Dec 2011


Science Direct has the individual chapters on PDF available for purchase now at $33 EACH!

Morgan says that he actually has physical copies, so Newnes is apparently shipping.
