Default About RH84 three channel?

In the power supply would it be ok to use one 5U4, 47uf and then a chokes and 220uf cap for each channel. Thanks Brian

I would use a smaller cap at the 5U4, something like 40uF which is the maximum typically recommended, followed by a choke and up to 220uF. This ought to be sufficient to run all three channels..

Use PSUD 2 to check the operation of your proposed supply before you build it. PSUD2

I would agree, I'm running a 2 channel RH84 of a 5Y3 and 22u-1.5H-80u.

I think it is because he just signed up, first posts are likely watched closely for spam.

This is exactly it. All new members are moderated for a term of time and when they create a new thread or post it must be approved before it appears. Non-moderated members may create threads and post at will. I left the note so that the OP would know that I edited his thread title.

So it might not be necessary but would it work. One Hammond power 372HX 600V C.T.@230ma. 5V C.T.@3A 6.3 C.T.@6A a single Sprague Atom 40uF 500V and then three Radio Daze chokes 8H 125ma. 150ohms three Sprague Atom 220uF 350v three Sprague Orange Drop capacitor 716P .47uF 400V one each per channel. Sorry I could not get PSU Designer to build it for me. Thanks Brian

I would be careful with the suggested topology.
Even with the chokes, the inrush current from three 220uF at start-up together with the charging of the 40uF cap before the chokes might just be too much for the poor 5U4.
Especially newer versions are supposedly not so forgiving...
Do you really need 3 chokes here?
You could go with 5U4-40uF-8Hchoke-220uF and branch off to each channel from here.
If you want to have more channel separation, a small resistor (100 Ohm?) followed by a film cap (20-40uF) might work equally well.
