Help! Tube Tester in Austin or Lago Vista?

I am attempting to get a Modified Dynaco kit working.
The rectifier tube has been arcing right before the fuse blows. It seems like one of the output tubes is defective but I have no way to test them. Is there anyone near in Austin or Lago Vista that would be kind enough to test these for me or does anyone know of a business that may still have a tube tester.

Is the unit relatively old? If so, replace the electrolytic capacitors before worrying about the tubes.

It's rather new - just a reincarnation with a lot of updates and improvements.
The voltages look good and the circuits power up without issue. The problem manifests once the output tubes are in place.

Ignore Stuart. I don't think he actually sleeps, his diet of red wine and Mexican food seems to keep him in a state of perpetual hyper-awareness.

I like Stuart more every post. Wine and Mexican food - add an occasional shot of Tequila and that IS perfection.
