I officially friend this inductor messing with the 6.3V from the filaments Don't have a signal generator and I thought that I get 6.3V at 50hz.
Can anyone recognize the value of this inductor from the color code?

In my experience the most critical and easy to fail devices are small paper/oil capacitors - they leak and push DC into tube grids and switch them on.

There are no paper/oil caps mentioned in the manual and I only found the Wima Tropyfol type. Metallized polyester like this one:
