replacing 6LGC with 6550 or KT88

Hi everybody
I have a peavey 240 combo that has 4 6L6GC in power section , is it possible to replace them with 6550 or KT88 ?
how much the sound would differ in each case ?

For a complete replacement output transformer and power supply have a low power.
