Default Source for SED "winged C" tubes?

What is a good source for "winged C" tubes? Looking for a vendor that burns in, tests and matches the tubes well. Anyone have good experience with any such vendor? Thanks.

Dougs Tubes does a good job of matching. I've used them for years.
