Default current needed for 4x50l6 & 3x6sn6

How much current or VA do I need from iso transformer to power 4x50L6s and 3x6SN7s & 1x50y6?

Look up the specs (heater current, max plate dissipation, etc. )for the tubes and list them here, then somebody will help you work out the answer.
Also, post the schematic for your amplifier, please.

BTW, you might consider contacting a moderator to delete your duplicate post on this topic.

You really need to get used to coming back to your original thread and posting a 'Reply'.....please don't keep hitting the 'New thread' button!

Anyway, you said:

How much current or VA do I need from iso transformer to power 4x50L6s and 3x6SN7s & 1x50y6? 50L6 .15A filament Max plate dis 10W
50y6 .15A filament Max plate current 450ma
6SN6 .60A filament Max Plate dis 2.5W

This is a very rough method:
Work out the VA for the filaments first....
50L6 4 x 0.15 x 50

etc

then just use some approximate numbers to estimate the draw from the B+/HV side
50L6 say 50mA @200v... VA=.050 x 200 or just use the W ratings for the tubes 10W for 10VA, etc...
etc

Then multiply by a 'safety factor' to get an idea of the VA rating for your isolation transformer
