Can't find normal datasheet just now, but it's a version of 6P6S (6V6) designed for TV use. Quite rare, BTW.
So in general it's something from the 6V6/6F6/6W6 glass family.

The plate dissipation is 12 W ? Can work fine in audio ?

its most likely just a slightly modded 6v6 i wouldt think those penny snatchers would ever make something uniqe for vertical deflection . hell yeah i think its a 6v6 rated for pulsing whit reduced lifetime check the sheet though i havent

if connections and important parameters are the same its just specced differend

After further investigation it turned out that 6P8S (previously marked as 6I6S) is really a Soviet clone of 6U6GT.
So its plate is rated at 11W and 200V max.

Them the pins connectin are the same of the 6U6GT ?

I do not can find in russian or english.

No, I'm afraid.This tube was produced in a very small quantities, and the datasheet wasn't even included in most databooks.
You can use 6U6GT datasheet, I believe.

I like russian tubes, many times forgetten russian pentodes tubes sound very good in triode mode.
