Ceramic 7 pin vacuum tube socket PC mount shield base | eBay

I'm confused. It looks like a standard top mount socket designed for wires thorugh the eyelets.

And... How does one mount a top mount socket through the bottom of the chassis after mounting on a pwb?

I have in vintage pcb based FM tuners and the like, but I am not sure anyone currently makes one.. The one shown certainly isn't what I was expecting..
