Which Salas HV shunt regulator should I choose?

Hello!
I'm new to here. Please help! I visited to the online store who selling Salas HV shunt regulator kit but they have 3 different versions, which one should I go for? I look for Salas regulator for tube preamplifier power supply upgrade.

Go for either the Phono HV shunt reg or the HV shunt reg ($40.00)... the third one is for low voltage only... For a preamp the Phono board is probably OK.

That is the same board populated... though Quanghao is not exactly cheap.
But saves you the hassle (or the fun

) of soldering and testing...

Therefore, what are the differences between these 2?
