Finding parts

Hi all

Im trying to locate where I can find some parts for my amp. One part seems very difficult to find. It´s a "semi tube rivet" that I want to use when making a inlet thrugh the wooden schassis to enable setting a fixed bias. This "semi tube rivet" would schield the hole and guide the tool to set the bias. Anyone know where to find such a thing? Also, Im trying to find some kind of testingpoint that could also be fitted thrugh the top plate of the schassis....

The pots are mounted on a PCB so I will mount the PCB on the inside of the schassis. The part you found could work but I think something thinner aprox 4mm diameter.Where did you find it?
