is less of 200mV with Suorce resistor 440 Ohm (220R+220R) @18V
also you have double NFB as DC servo

How do you get the FETs to work with no gate bias? Rely on a leaky coupling capacitor? And YASRPP (Yet Another SRPP!).

this OS stage is so "light" and fast
that sounds like an OTL amplifier and also strange... with 1,135 Vbias never have hotting time

Now it looks better. But for efficiency I would recommend to power driver from higher voltages than output followers.
