Smile GE Snubber, High Current DC, and Switching Capacitors

Hello,
Has anyone used GE Snubber, High Current DC, and Switching Capacitors as coupling capacitors or anything audio? How did they work?
I have a crate full of GE capacitors 0.15uf, 0.33uf, 0.68uf and 5.0uf. I have a 0.33uf model number 42L1332 in my hand?
Thoughts?
Thanks DT

I've used 50 uf 440 VAC (1000 vDC) Genilec film capacitors as B+ main capacitors after the tube rectifier in a tube organ. Replace dried up 40 year old electrolytic cans. Work fine but are so huge I had to put them in a separate chassis. Ran the current up and back in twinax radio cable, shield grounded at only one end to chassis. Plus went up and back in one cable, negative went up and back in another cable. Used .25" flag terminals on capacitor and screw strip on power chassis.
GE also made electrolytic capacitors, make sure these don't have a plus on one end and aren't over 15 years old.

Looks like they are 42L series Metalized Polypropylene, so they should be good caps.

Those values are more likely to be good for bypass caps as big as they are.

The lower values might be good for coupling caps driving big tubes with high drive requirements.

Good find!
