Multi-valve Cathode-Followers Parts 1 & 2, July and Aug 1957
Tobey & Dinsdale preamplifier Dec 1961
Bootstrap cathode-followers Jan 1961

Thanks so much for the Tobey and Dinsdale. It has some similar ideas to a thread running on vinylengine. They got there first 50 years ago.
