Tx secondary - rectifier - 100uF - 4H choke - 100uF is my config, .. the regular CLC filter, ..
is this wrong ?

Yes, you're hitting that 5Y3 really hard at start up...it won't like you for too long.

If you don't mind loosing 20V of your B+ go LCRC or put a 20µF cap behind the rectifier.
