Does the basic schematic for the Dodd Audio battery powered tube buffer exist anywhere? I am curious how the tube is run on the 12v rail. Would like to see the basic tube circuit used for this tube.

Sounds like a relatively straightforward cathode follower with fancy components. HV can be made out of 12V DC using an inverter/smps and some filtering. I don't think it runs the plates on 12V.
