Tube tester block diagram

Hello,
Yesss, another fellow who wants to build/get an tube tester... And yessss, there are a lot of them DIY out in the space.
I searched a long time about nice usefull tube testers which can be paid but don´t find one who fits my request:

• Only small signal triodes and pentodes
• only static measurements of curves
• µ-controller based measurements
• output as csv file for further analysis and drawing

I know: This project is not simple, not cheep and will take some month of work. But before I will walk this way I would like to ask you if my concept seemed to be conclusive to reach my requierments. If this project will ever come to an successfull end I will provide all data ( inclusive the programm code, schematic, layouts, documentation...) to this forum.

Any hint or suggestion will be verry welcome
