I've got a NOS 1954 vintage mil spec power transformer with 750vct@190ma, two 6.3v, and a 40vac windings. What would you build with it? Must be stereo SE.
Typically 1950s transformers would have 115 or 117 V primaries. So if you build a CLC filtered power supply with 6.3V damper diodes you'd have a loaded b+ (say 135mA idle) of around 480V or so.
