Tube data indicates the tube is used for a tv vertical deflection amplifier. Can each section be used as a line level stage with similar results as the 12b4 which is also used as a tv vertical deflection amplifier. If so what would the plate and cathode resistor values be.

This tube is similar to the 12AU7A/ECC82 - take a look at typical operating conditions for that tube..(Any RCA tube manual) Much higher mu (20) and rp than the 12B4 incidentally. I used them extensively as long tailed pairs in some of my early commercial PP designs.
