I'm a noob with an interest in the direct connection of the Loftin-White circuit & I'm taking the risk of being flamed as an electronics ignoramus.

I'm well aware of the hazards of direct connection, such as destroying the output tube if a driver is wiggled, removed or if it fails.

However, is it possible to modify a Moondog to the Loftin-White intent by removing caps & resistors from the signal path?
