Hello everyone. My name is David. I'd like to start gathering parts for a decent tube amp that I would build during the summer. I'm looking for something that's about 10-15 watts of power that uses EL34 (or KT88) tubes (since they are common in my country), and maybe an ECC series tube (since that's also common here). The power supply should be either solid state or use an EZ81 rectifier tube (since, yet again, they're common here). Sorry, but I am just a beginner (I have just built an ECC82/IRF510 headphone amp). Thanks in advance !

I assume your amp will be of the push-pull kind for 15W.
The EZ81 might not be enough for that set up.

Triode wired PP EL34s will yield the sort of power you're interested in. An EZ81/6CA4 is good for 150 mA., which is not enough for 4X EL34s plus small signal circuitry. SS rectify the B+. I suggest a variation on the "classic" Mullard 5-20 setup, as the topology is reasonably tolerant of budget grade O/P trafos. Put a constant current sink (CCS) in the tail of the LTP, instead of a resistor.

These are 25W with KT88 and about 15W with EL34. Also with only 2 stages they are very simple.

Thanks for all the replies, you guys are great ! Now, I'll just see what parts I can gather and I'll choose one of these schematics
