Morgan Jones 4th ed

Looks like the 4th edition of Valve Amplifiers is now listed by Amazon for pre Christmas 2011. The question immediately becomes, is anyone aware of advanced sales anywhere? Looking forward to it.

It's curious to see that it's already gotten 25 reviews dating back several years. Granted, the differences between the different editions is not likely to be huge, and the author's writing style is not likely to have changed significantly. So if you liked the 3rd edition, you'll probably like the 4th and write a favorable review. But still.... The reviews are kind of a scam...

I'm curious about the differences/additions between the 3rd and 4th editions. I'm looking forward to seeing the table of contents on Amazon.
