Fatman I tube Problem

I have a problem with a Fatman I Tube. I is only working on one Channel, and has heavy distortion. When i use the headphone socket, both channels work but again with heavy distortion. where should i start to narrow the problem down. thanks for your help Keith

Is this small hybrid amp? Try to replace vacuum tube first.
