Revising a tube pre-amp: can't find parts?

oh my, breaking it off was a bad bad move. you are better of finding someone who is very good with soldering iron and can resolder it, takes some skill but is doable, probably have to just take one turn off the winding so you have something to solder on, you are unlikely to find a suitable replacement for it. the transformer should also be fixed with hot glue after it has been soldered to avoid it breaking off again
 
I'm surprised no one noticed that the 500v caps were ceramic. Ceramic caps used 500v as a standard voltage so whether you had 200v or 400v in your circuit you used the 500v ceramic cap. They were dirt cheap and it was easier to just stock one voltage to use in all cases.
