UTC A16 interstage 300B

I need help

I have pair of UTC A16 plate to grid transformers (15k:60K) and I want to use in this schematic as interstage transformer.
Is it possible?

That 1 : 4 impedance step-up will also multiply the 70 pF (input+Miller) capacitance of the 300B by 4. That's part of the load that the driver must handle...

Quite unlikely.
A16 is not intended to handle DC current through the primary and will feel very sick at 25-30 mA.
