Hi folks,
Has anyone ever seen or heard of Chinese caps labeled: CJ41-2 I'd like to know more about them, and if they are suitable for hifi coupling caps from input stage to driver stage in my monoblocks. ThX! |

Do you have any more info on these? Picture?
I bought a Chinese 'amp kit' a couple of months ago and the caps supplied were a mixture of used caps which might have been authentic European stuff and other new caps with suspiciously faint and smeared printing....I chucked the lot and used new caps - which may well be Chinese-made - from my usual supplier. For a few dollars it's not worth the aggravation, IMO. I do like RussianPIO caps, but that's a different thing altogether..... |

Here's a link to the pic:

These are clones of Russian military caps, I have bunch and some of them are quite good. Can't say how these would be, depends a lot on the construction (film or foil), the dielectric, and how much capacitance to the case there might be.

I have found a little info stating they are metalized paper type.
