I ment this uses 1 (miss print) you could use 2 to make a low power stereo amp.

This is very similar to 6BL7 and makes a good cathode follower driver as in a McIntosh circuit ( see MI 350 or MC3500).

Here's a PP design that puts out 7W.
I got a few of these myself. You can use 'em as finals or drivers for DHTs. Being that these were designed to stand up to stiff voltages as TV vertical finals, they make good drivers for types like the 845 that need some serious input voltages to hit max power. |
