I'm not happy with the ideea of air gapped limited response low power output transformers. And my budget is not allowing for more right now. I've been reading about parafeed output but the information is not to abundent so i need some tips.
I've read that the transformer should be rated at 5 X output power. What about the chokes? ALSO. I've seen a schematic where a toroidal power transformer with 12-0-12v or something close to that was used in a SE schematic. one section was used for the output from the amplifier and the other one was used to cancel the magnetic field thus avoiding parafeeding or big expensive output transformers. |

I don't have any answers to your questions, but i have a pair of RH84 monobloks here that are parafeed and work well. We used vinatge Grundig iron (1 console/monoblok) with 1 OPT as the OPT and the other's primary for the parafeed choke.
