Default ELL80/ECLL800 Cathode follower

Just finished repairing of my beloved Phllips saturn radio.
I would like to go for cathode follower with ECLL800 tubes in order to get lower output resistance , so please give me some assistance here.

Also any ideas for moding ECC808 preamp are wellcome!
Here is the schematic of preamp and output stage.
Thanks in advance.

Do you really want to modify a cool vintage radio like this? My guess is that you won't get much in the way of improvement, as the big limitations are going to be power supply and iron in the output transformers.

You have right, those output trafs are very good(C-type) for mids and highs buth for the deep bass they are just too soft and slow.
Thinking about cathode follower is a way to get rid of output trafs.
I have some high omic speakers including Philips 9710AM and I just can't resist to give a try when I have opened this beauty already, it has worked over 40 years smashing so many "HI-FI" or " High-End" fancy toys.
It will be separate project, meanwhile I need calculations for cathode follower and output resistance.
Do I need more plate voltage for the cathode follower mod regarding your remark for the power supply?
