hello all i have arc sp9 a wish to lower the capacitance in the phono section the existing caps look like polystyrene type 3/16 od 1/2inch long, clear plastic ,big red dot on one end. but they are 600volt rated the load resistors are big 2watt types do i need such high voltage caps in this possition :confused:
