Are there any tube related festivals/swap meets in Southern California?

Hamfests are not specific to tube audio, but to the electronics hobby in general, although they are run by and for Amateur Radio enthusiasts. I've found that I usually come away with something that made the trip worthwhile and interesting! I've also found that if you attend enough of them, sooner or later you'll strike "gold"!

The link below should be helpful. Just select " Southwestern" in the ARRL Division box, and it will bring up the schedule in your area. Or "mouse over" the shaded dates on the calendar at the bottom to see the whole schedule.

I usually enjoy the Santa Barbara hamfest in August.

There is a TRW swap meet in Redondo Beach on the last Saturday of every month. IIRC it's roughly in the Northrop/Grumman parking lot.

I haven't been there, but I understand it's huge, or at least it used to be.
