Or you can use no limiter, apply HT and heaters at turn-on and watch the house-lights 'twitch' when you turn it on--like I do!

A long time ago I used a keynector (safebolck) without inrush, on first close of the block it (power on) the lights dipped and the amp ran ok. Then I tried swiching it off..the block was welded permanently on...:)

It was a good one never got it appart again..LOL
