manp111 diyAudio Member Join Date: Jun 2010 Location: Austin, Texas	Western Electric 205D Tube for Preamp? Does anyone have experience with the Western Electric 205D or the 205 family? Could someone please tell me: Is it a good tube for preamp? What are the sound characteristics of this tube? What are the pros and cons of using this tube in a preamp?
