Default A question about the Malanz 7

Hi:
I have a question about the Malanz 7. When I learned the schematic, I found that the bias current of the first 12AX7 was very small. As the cathode resistor is 4.7k, the current should be less than 1mA. I run a simulation with the Multisim, and found that it was only 360uA. I was not sure why the bias was set like this. 1mA was better based on the curve. Is there anyone that can help me to explain it? Thank you!

Normaly in brand schematics brands "make" mistakes....
I think that You can adjust current about 1 -1,5 ma with decreasing plate and cathode resistors. But You can try both variants....
